Rukia support bug

For some reason, sometimes in elemental tower (at least on unknown) rukia support don't works and sometimes it works, not counting her cooldown, it literally beeing whole 3 mins without her support, including damage and range buff, freeze and nullify. She doesn't even appear as support yield behind the unit attacking.
