Minato isnt getting buffed by naruto memoria

So i was playing new gamemode and noticed that minato wasnt getting buffed by naruto memoria as much as he used to. I went ahead and checked and its the same in main game. I couldnt find any mention of this in update log so i think its a bug
Repro:
Get several naruto placements via pain's passive
Place minato down
Look at minato dmg multiplier
