Cant do guild war / visual guild glitch / no guild coin

I am in a guild but it says i am not, cant play guild war, and i didnt receive any guild coin from last win

i played last war we won but i didnt recieve anything and currently i cant play any war nor it pops up join or creat guild even tho i am in one

Matchmaking guild war since 3 days ago still not found any match. Is it because last war some member dont get the coin after winning?
