ichigo revive bugged in stage 13-act 2(the legend stage for chi spheres)

im pretty sure when you first load in the ichigo revive passive works but when you replay it, it doesnt work
could rereate the bug.
dk if its just this stage or for all stages but ive just had this happen on this stage

is your ichigo near the base, hes most likely pulling enemies into your base and killing you after the revive
