Why the ninjutsu didn't active when my naruto is 0/1 placement and after I placed him and tried to place him again, the ninjutsu worked.

i was trying to place my naruto from my hotbar but it placed it normally with no pop up asking me to use ninjutsu or no, but after i placed naruto normally and i tried place him one more time and someshow that naruto asked me if i want to use ninjutsu or no

the second naruto was the placement limit already

you have monarch so you can only place him once and you cant ninjutsu the same unit, the last time it worked because you ninjutsud pain

u see when i trying to place naruto, it will ask me if i want to use ninjutsu or not. but the rift game i played, it didn't ask me anything

thats because he wasnt in range of any other ninjutsu units

yeah that passive only activates when the unit is in range of other ninjustu units

in the clip you placed him away
