Tbh I'm not 100% what happened, I have an idea but I wasn't recording on medal at the time but I somehow duped the spirit mask after completing the "sacrifice 30 mythics" I believe it happened cus I had already achieved the next quest part which was complete revival on the evo'd version of ichigo through the trials

Yeah, I believe so anyways, I was in the middle of sacrificing mythics to the spirit mask and then got a complete one afterwards, dunno if it skipped the quest or smt after I had done it previously through the event with trials
