really? I know they are completely different games but I think fisch used to have an open test place and they would test everything there

For games like av, you have to consider that they connect to multiple different game servers as it is a tower defense aka tp to diffetrent maps and gamemodes

couldn't they make them the exact same have testers test the test place and then add the changes that are needed into the code of the real game before upd

last thing, av also has to manage thousands of data stores which can cause lag and ping issues that might not exist in the testing place
