even though i have every unit evod, the quest still says i have 0/3. im not sure if its a bug or im missing smth here

Check his remote item to track the evolution quest

Plus, the vanguard rogita doesn't count towards quest progression, its a separate secret unit called Rogita in Frozen Volcano dungeon
