Red key Glitched?

Idk if it's a glitch but I got so many rare things and I can't gotten this 10% key alucard 3 rukias her memoria twice 3 monarchs I got an igris and evolved it and am still not getting a 10% key I've done over 58 of these dungeons so far idk if I have to use both sung jinwoo and igris on my team to actually get the key with the 10% chance or my luck is just bad idk

And when I tap the key in the dungeon rewards it says owned 0 aswell
