lucid fulcrum Nullify is being applied

Its because the enemies are on stun lockout so rukia wont apply freeze so the enemies wont be applied with nullify

!!a Nullify wasn't applied since Ice Queen was on stun lockout. Hence, she didn't apply freeze in order to apply nullify. Not a bug
