Hello My Av is Chashing

When I play AV + Valorant, and then alt+tab while playing Valorant, an error pops up and both AV and Valorant crash. I can’t even exit properly and have to restart my PC.

In my AV settings, I already turned off effects and enabled low detail mode.

I’m not sure why this is happening, and I don’t think it’s a PC issue because my build is:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D (8-Core)
RAM: 32 GB (31.2 GB usable)
OS: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
GPU: 9070 XT 16GB

I can play valorant 5 round and when I alt tab to AV there a change to getting error

and one of my Friend he not chashing when he do that

overheating possibly drivers update needed, very obviously not an AV severe performance issue

My Pc has a AIO cooling system and stable temp 50-70 I try to take a picture later on

Its quiet obvious, you are running another game while playing av

It's weird like first thing to crash is my Roblox while playing AV and it's affect the valorant
