monarch off banner badge is given even tho i dont have any new monarchs

i was summoning on memoria banner for alucards new memoria and i got the monarch off banner badge but 1: you cant get monarch on a memoria and 2: i checked and i didnt get any divinity or mythic trait in general on my memorias.

i have that disabled tho i literally got vigor 2 speedwagon memorias with epics autosold
