Let me tell you chrollo technique. Chrollo needs to complete 4 rules to copy others abilities, he also needs to put a bookmark on the page of that copied ability. His passives fit this, the extra DMG is just for him to be also be a good dmg dealer. My passives and abilities idea fit chrollo completely
