Winter Banner Bug

I can't open the Winter Banner for some reason. I've tried rejoining 5x and still can't open it

I can now after a while. This usually happens after I'm done afk farming the winter event

Nope, just using auto play and auto clicker so I don't get disconnected

It might be, if not, then it's probably that I need to wait like 2-3min before opening the banner

I just use the settings to leave the mode

I've just finished rift. I opened the winter banned it works fine

Everytime I'm done afking I usually just roll, but whenever I open the banner it doesn't work. I tried rejoining and stil doesn't work. I would then join another server and wait for a few mins before talking the to the npc to open the banner, then it'll work
