honestly she can be good but her kits just makes her horrible she has a high spa with godly stats and her memoria is barely good for her why does her memoria half stun timmer if shes immue to stuns it could be useful on others but it feels ood when all the other memorias have passives that greatly help the charatcher like trash gamer giving more crit and anikojis giving him more dmg on wanted enemies the chase is good but even with monarch she has 41 range so a fast bosses can just speed past and not be chased i think she would be better with lowered spa shes still good as she is but she can be far better
