I was testing in sandbox with salter having a memoria and sakura and realized salter does not do her follow up attacks even if sakura is on the field. She receives no range buff indicating she isn’t following up.
The video on the left shows Sakura missing her spa buff and on the right is with full spa buff.

Then it’s inconsistent rather

She should gain up to 30%
If she consistently did her follow ups

And how often she used dark Excalibur was noticeable too

She would always gain 30% range
And rifts don’t take long

and he was gaining the 1% range every attack

Either follow ups r happening but no range (highly doubt) or follow ups jsut aren’t consistent but the range is being added
