some things to be noted

1. the apprentice will have a faint electric aura for the passive to make sense
2. orange cat and caden shatter got different upgrades and different base stats but obv do keep traits, familiars, rolled stats, levels etc
3. i think dominant zone should also -30% rng but i didnt have enough space to put that in

btw if u call this too op, sure, cuz its minimum dmg is 1200% along with 20 seconds of stun total

but it's over time and lightning only strikes in random locations

so it might hit places not on the path

i might make the lightning large circle

to match his divine judgement

but nerf it to 2-3 per 3 sec

rather than 2-4
