PLEASE implement the Happy Chaos Alucard skin instead of keeping it as a PVP LB reward

This was honestly one of the cleanest models that's been added to this game so far, and the skin has existed for almost eight updates (being added in 6.0, which was around 7 months ago) and yet it has never seen the light of day due to it being a PvP leaderboard reward.

With no PvP leaderboard reset/rewards being handed out any time soon, please implement this skin in another way, whether it be merely a tournament skin, or maybe purchasable in an Alucard vanguard familiar event shop 👀. A Soultracer type event to obtain it would be a bit boring but still fine, or maybe even throwing it into this final leaderboard season as a reward.

As Alucard has pretty much fallen out of the meta for most content, I'd say this meets the requirement of only giving tuff skins to bad units like the Roy Mustang Choi skin 😄

I've been grinding pvp since it came out and I don't think this is fair for me and @plucky ivy which hit top 12 in pvp and have been for the past 3 months.
