he doesnt damage units
The units keep passing by, but Luffy doesn't damage them.
I think it's a bug with the units because it also happens to me with Broly and other units.
I think it happens when someone leaves the game and causes other people's troops to glitch.

I thought you were saying after 3 or 4 seconds of reaching max on his ability he doesn't deal damage

I think it happens after about 4 or 5 times, but like I said, I think it happens when a person leaves the game.

It literally stops damaging the units until I sell and replace it.

Should check /console and take a video of it for a better visualization when they get to this
