Idk if it was said, but im pretty sure we didnt know when that update exactly would come out (and i dont think we could expect an update on a tuesday evening) and so they just gave us a trailer with shutdown at the same time and after the shutdown the fall stuff was gone and people lost the potential shards/rerrols they still thought about buying with coins from evolving units
