Sorry, I might just be dumb but I don't quite follow what you mean by normal bug? I changed my personal banner to luffy last night and started summoning on it today and I got a lot of Orihimes before I noticed that she was the middle unit of the normal banner
Like the chance of me getting her on my banner should have been slim to none because she wasn't featured at all
But I got her like every time
I wasn't summoning on the normal banner though
