Shiny Mob cosmetic bugged in game and doesn't show

As the title says, shows in lobby but when loading into a match it doesn't show

effects is fine for me in test, and i dont have shiny mob

still happening for me, was also just in a server that didnt have his cosmetic able to be equipped at all so dk if that has something to do w it
