the event is actually pretty hard to man-go, a lot can go wrong on a somewhat challenging 8-12m man-go

It's always been 10% for event evo items (I'm pretty sure, but I think snowflake was like 15-20?? I may be wrong) only reasonable thing I can see being added is a pity
