Let shiny units have the options of having the regular cosmetic alongside their unique one

pretty self-explanatory with the title alone but essentially making it so that if you have a shiny unit you could wear the regular cosmetic as well if you prefer to
not sure how this would affect performance (also not sure how to check if that havent been suggested yet) but all in all i dont see why not, im sure there are things against it too but generally speaking this would probably bring more benefit, if so little
