Don’t they both increase your dmg by the amount listed (ex: this unit deals fire for 50% of its dmg over 5 seconds making it effectively have a 50% buff and bleed is the same no

By the simple fact that it applies an extra 25% of its dmg as bleed meaning 25% of the dmg number it’s currently dealing

It increases its dmg by 25%

And what even is the difference between bleed and fire I deadass always been confused
