If they try to change the email with it on, then a confirmation mail will be sent. Other wise they can just straight up change it if 2FA is not enabled or the email is verified

and ALSO there scam going on where they will have avatar contest and after you dm them theyll ask for ''Avatar Texture'' and when you say to them that you dont know how to do that theyll send you video of them doing it and if you actually follow that istruction and send that COOKIE or whatever is it theyll login into your account and steal your things so be careful
