They should really have made Dio like
There's Dio part 1 which is mythic and is a summoner plus dps
Then there's his evolution which should be simple to be obtained and turns him into the part 3 DIO, a boss killer, summoner and support
After that, you could make dio OH by getting the diary, which would be in a legend stage, raid, dungeon idk and there you'd get the dio diary that'd give you a quest hard to be done and only then you'd be able to evolve DIO into DIO (over heaven). He'd still be the "does everything" DIO that is currently on the game.

so even if you grind out.. the act 9.. the only content in this update.. for say, 20 hours, you probably only leveled up once in the battlepass

They get a new player day thingy, that gives 300 rerolls or som. And a returning player day thingy. For another 200 rerolls. Plus free units. Since power creep is a thing
