This has happened to many players, including me, where one or more units have disappeared from our inventory. For example, when I first logged into the game and received the Fate and Hollow Knight units, they were in my inventory for a while, but after a few minutes, my Hollow Knight unit disappeared and never reappeared. I haven't played in four months, and I suspect several other units have also disappeared from my inventory. This bug is quite severe and affects the gameplay experience for many people, including myself. I hope you can read my report and fix the bug as quickly as possible.

made report about my missing units, they can't do anything about this issue some happens before update 9, if you don't have clips of your gone units they can't restore it because you lack proofs of what you have. Sadly helpers can't do anything about this one
what i do now is record everything i get, even record my entire inventory, rerolling on a unit, and summoning for vanguard or secret units
because if u can't provide those, unfortunately they can't restore it.

yes as long as you have proof like clips or something, but idk if they will restore it
because they might say that " you sell it or maybe accidentally did a stats transfer "
even if you do have clips, you can't do anything about it.
