yeah it is but soft pity in most games just makes a big chance to get smth on a current special point. but in my suggestion it will slowly build up for every 1/10 of a hard pity chance

hard pity is just hard to hit. youll always need like atleast 2 weeks getting to it if u are f2p

cuz 1500 rrs is a large amount and considering every update prob have 2-3 meta units that worth getting monarch on it will make u farm non stop for like a month just to guarantee u get atleast 1 monarch with some pity on other unit

there are some modes that is super hard to solo without monarch. for example rifts. the monarchs ofc is non must have but they actually make game super easy
