How demand and offer works with a very basic explanation is, that for example 10 people have diavolo and 15 want him. This creates a demand surplus thus making the units more expensive. The other way around is possoble aswell there are fore example many thousands of escanors available but maybe only a 100 want those thus making escanor cheaper. So no demand and offer isn't created by a singular seller and buyer but by the whole market
