You have 9 chambers that for now are empty, there creatures may randomly spawn, and under certain conditions will breach containment.

You have a set number of Units (up to 12) that will keep the chambers shut and the Corporation working, their HP is = to 60% of their total damage, with maybe 200/150 sanity

You must survive 30 waves, you can train your units to certain jobs, electricity, cleaning, medicine(heals allies), therapist(helps recover sanity) , guarding (increase in total HP and damage)
When you start you can set up to 3 or 4 units to have two of these tasks, you will be able to elect more in wave 5, and 10. After that you can every 5 wave upgrade their mastery on that field.
If you successfully keep the facility in order, a shop vendor will pass from time to time, these will offer you collectibles for your units to wear

  • Lullaby (Fairy Tail) CurseElement
    Units too close to the chamber’s door while suppressing an enemy will hear 1 note, if they hear the third the flute takes shape and breaches (so beware of having fights besides the lullaby chamber)
    Once breached Lullaby will slowly damage units with their melody, and take 1 sanity for each note. the way to suppress it is by doing damage to the body, preferable to be critical to pierce through it so it cannot keep creating it’s melody

Big Bird, Small Bird, Judgement Bird
These will appear if you dont take care of keeping the light of the facility in good condition, as all non-special-con anomalies will breach and these, represent a threat for their forest.
While all the chaos ensues someone will scream “it’s the mad guardians of the forest!”
If you want to stop this chaos from worsening, you must suppress the birds before the three of them enter the red portal in top of the facility, otherwise The Apocalypse Bird will be given shape. If two of them make it to the portal, the third will count as he has too. These can only breach past wave 20
*Big Bird FireElement : Resistance to burn damage, they will increase the brightness of their lamp to flash the units these blinding them (unless you carry glasses which are a collectible)
Will Attack by biting the units
Units being bitten receive 4000 damage and are applied with bleed
*Judgement Bird HolyElement : Will turn their balance, at base does 3000 HP to holy element units, 9000 to Curse elements, the damage increases for lives taken by these (does this every 20 seconds) Even when suppressed your units hit by judgement twice will lose 20 sanity

*Punishing Bird BlastElement : Will grow a giant mouth and try swallowing one of your units, while munching your unit takes 3000K damage every 3 seconds, after 20 seconds spits and waits 15 seconds to try swallowing again.
If an unit dies while being munched by Punishing Bird, heal themselves for the total damage dealt to the unit

*Apocalipse Bird UnboundElement
The lights will flicker randomly in the facility and will randomly appear in rooms with the higher unit count, when doing so deals 10000 damage by screaming every 15 seconds
Eggs representing each bird will appear in the facility, destroying them is the only way to beat this enemy

  • The Lich (Adventure Time) CurseElement
    If the temperature is far too cold in the facility (because nobody regulated the temperature), any unit near lich chamber will give in into opening the chamber, if nobody does it and the temperature isnt regulated in 2 waves, he breaches.
    Units within Lich’s range have increased spa by 20%, and deals 2000 damage every 10 seconds, units within his range also lose 5 sanity every 10 seconds

  • Bill Cipher (Gravity Falls) CosmicElement
    The statue will appear in a chamber, if any enemy or unit died near the chamber, this chamber will start having writtings, units must enter and clean the writings every now and then, and those units will lose 10 sanity every 10 seconds they remain inside the chamber while writings are there, if one of them loses the overall sanity inside the chamber, he’ll shake the statue’s hand and be possessed by it
    When breached, unit possessed gains x4 their original HP and regeneration, while fighting him, units out of his level floor will have to deal with “mad bubbles” which will take 20 sanity from them every time they get hit by one
    Units fighting him lose 5 sanity every 10 seconds, and bill deals 10000k damage every 15 seconds

  • Shy guy (SCP) BlastElement
    Will breach if an unit enters his chamber without “special glasses”, or if they directly look at him. Will breach if the unit in question leaves the chamber after triggering him.
    Shy guy deals 5000K damage every 8 seconds with a 20% chance of critical

  • Martus (Arknights) WaterElement
    Will breach if the water pump is not fixed for 4 waves after it started malfunctioning, when doing so this boss links itself to the highest HP anomaly in the chambers and cannot directly be attacked, for every 2 waves he’s alive, the facility will start flooding, units in a flooded chamber will lose 2000K HP every second, will lose the round if the entire facility is flooded

aired Jobs will work with tiers, a medic tier 1 heals by 5% of their damage each twice the ammount of SPA. Units healing or doing tasks cannot do their tasks and fight at the same time. Tier 2 Medic does 10%, Tier 3 Medic 15% and Tier 4: 20%

aired Tier 1 Therapists will heal 3 Sanity of up to 2 units every 10 seconds, Tier 2 medic 5 sanity, Tier 3 up to 8 sanity, Tier 4 12 Sanity

aired Cleaning will be dependant on units speed, every tier will reduce spa dedicated to cleaning by 5%

  • Roaring Knight (Deltarune) CosmicElement
    If the facility isnt regularly cleaned, the water chamber will turn black, if not cleaned, the water dissapears and the Roaring Knights appears
    They’ll break out the water chamber and engage with the nearest unit, there you have two options, sacrifice the weakest unit (so the roaring knight takes them and leaves to return in 5 waves), or face him.
    The Roaring Knight deals 2000 dmg per blade and will stun units when they scream, if under 30% HP increase damage by 5000
    The roaring Knight can only appear past wave 15
    (when dying gives the collectible "Knight's blade" which increases 20% damage of the unit that wears it)

Bill when dying gives "author's notebook" which gives a unit resistance to sanity loss, making them lose 25% less sanity

The Lich when dying gives "black ooze" (projectile that can be used once, when thrown to an anomaly, make them receive 10% more damage from all sources)

Apocalipse Bird when dying gives the collectibles "balance scale" which does the same judgement bird does for 10% the unit's damage (this is used aside their normal attack), Twilight bat (stuns enemies even if immune to stun and increases unit's damage by 15%), "Ever Burning Lantern", lets a unit have 20% dodge chance

Martus when defeated drops "Secrets of depth" (book), this can be used to increase enemies spa by 15%

Shy Guy when defeated drops "Faded image", when used spawns a weakened Shy Guy that primarily attacks the nearest anomaly, and when killing it attacks it's summoner

Lullaby when beated drops "Death Flute", a player can choose to use this instead of their normal attack to play the melody and do 20% of their damage every second to the anomaly they're fighting

  • Zerofuku (Papaya) HolyElement (from Records Of Ragnarok)
    This anomaly spawns in the facility and starts friendly, you must let a unit be followed by Zero and let them help the unit do tasks, Zero will give a 10% speed boost to that unit
    If you dont allow Zero to follow and help, they’ll distort into Papaya and become hostile
    You need to have Zero also help do 2 tasks atleast every wave
    Papaya CurseElement : Does piercing damage with their blade, it’s more of a tanky boss

Papaya when dying drops "Enlightened blade", these makes a unit deal 30% more damage against curse element anomalies, and have them lose 20% less sanity

  • Mahoraga (JJK) HolyElement
    Normally stays in the chamber, will breach if any anomaly breaches and tries to suppress it themselves. If your units wear an anomaly’s blessing except “Enlightened Blade”, “Balance Scale” or such holy weapons, will also target your units until they remove their cursed collectibles, or beat him. He’ll return to his chamber if no other anomaly breached or there is nobody with cursed collectibles equipped.
    Mahoraga will when under 30% HP gain resistance of the attack types he’s received until then, receiving 40% less damage from those sources, and can mimick those abilities for 10% of their original potency
    Mahoraga Drops “Heavenly Wheel”, which gives an unit 20% damage resistance if they're hit with the same attack 5 times (resistance towards that attack)

  • Remilia Scarlett (Touhou) PassionElement
    During night past wave 10 if 3 or more units are bleeding, enters facility, every 3 waves will drink 10% of the closest unit’s HP
    If Engaged by an unit, becomes more aggressive and will attack to kill that unit and increase hunger past that point to 20%
    She’ll attack by 500 damage every 0.5 seconds, and deal bleed
    If killed 2 units obtain “Scarlet Devil’s feast”, which allows them to heal 5% of the damage they deal

  • Darth Nihilus (Star Wars) UnboundElement
    Can Spawn in chambers, will breach if 5 or more units are in the same floor
    If Breached teleports to the floor with least units and starts draining units HP of 2% every 4 seconds, will increase the further away they are. Have a 30% Dodge chance.
    When killed gives the collectible “Wound in the space”, which allows units to damage anomalies from a different floor for 10% their damage

  • Demiurge (Overlord) FireElement
    Appears in one of the chambers, will breach if the temperature of the facility is far too high and unsupervised for 4 waves in a row
    Demiurge deals burn damage and deals 3K hp every 5 seconds
    When under 20% HP turns into his devil form and increase burn damage to 5k
    When suppressed, drop “haunted mask”, units wearing it have their burn damage be 20% more efficient

  • Puppet (FNAF) CurseElement
    This anomaly may randomly appear in the entrance to the facility inside a big gift box, it will have their own mini chamber inside it, and will remain deactivated while the music box keeps going, every 2 waves atleast one unit has to rewind the music box, otherwise the marionette will break free
    The Puppet makes units lose 10 sanity every 10 seconds and deals 3000k damage, may randomly tie units with strings
    There is also a special con for which the Puppet breaches and corrodes which is if the Roaring Knight breaches, on which the Puppet will turn into Nightmarionne
    Nightmarionne will make units lose 15 sanity every 10 seconds and deal 6K damage, now even if you untie your units they’ll randomly stagger by tentacles

Puppet drops "haunted mask", you can throw it into a curse element anomaly and have them receive 10% the unit's damage every second

Nightmarionne drops "death's whispers" which is a mini nightmarionne plushie, a unit with it creates 4 sub minions that have 30% their HP and any anomaly they face will first kill these minions before targetting the unit

  • The Warden (Minecraft) WaterElement
    Will spawn in the facility if the water chamber hasnt been cleaned in the past 4 waves, small detection zones are placed around it, if units fight or walk past it generates lights that alert the warden and chase after them
    (differently from the roaring knight, this one is specific for the water chamber, both warden and roaring knight cannot coexist)
    Warden deals 5 sanity loss every 5 seconds and deals 4k damage every 7 seconds
    When killed drops "warden's lair" which when in combat creates detecting zones that randomly cancel the attack animations of an anomaly by distraction

*Survive till wave 5: 5 Trait rerolls, 5 stat chips (in repeat gain 2)
*Survive till wave 10: 5 trait rerolls, 5 stat chips (in repeat gain 2)
*Survive till wave 15: 10 trait rerolls, 10 stat chips (in repeat gain 3)
*Survive till wave 20: Secret Skin 15 trait rerolls, 15 stat chips (in repeat gain 5)
*Survive till wave 25: 20 trait rerolls, 20 stat chips (in repeat gain 5)
*Survive till wave 30: Secret unit, 20 trait rerolls (in repeat gain 7)

aired Note: these are first time clear rewards, after doing it all rewards can be obtained again (a reduced amount of the trait and chip count) except the unit, that can only be obtained once.
However this isnt infinite, for each season you can get repeat rewards up to 5 times

  • Scarlett (I’m the grim reaper webtoon) UnboundElement
    Will enter the facility if 3 to 7 “Sinner” collectibles are being held inside the facility
    She will target one sinner per night and wont quit till killing it
    She cannot receive damage, you must stall her until day comes, so she’s sent back to hell. then she’ll return next night
    The only way to avoid her returning is disposing of those collectibles, or having a holy collectible aswell to cloak the sinner collectible’s scent
    Scarlett appears invoking a scythe non-corrupted, she’ll deal 5000 dmg every 10 seconds and deal bleed.
    If stalled next night she’ll return with half her body corrupted, now she deals 10000K damage every 10 seconds
    The next night she wont appear but she will the next to it.
    Then she returns totally corrupted and wont be satisfied with killing one sinner, she’ll kill everyone she can (deals 15k damage every 10 seconds)
    If you succesfully survive her rage in stage 3, you’ll obtain “archreaper surge”, one unit will be linked to a specific floor of your choosing, in that floor, that unit deals +70% damage, but will get increasingly weaker the further away they are to their floor, if two floors away the unit will deal 70% their total dmg

    If the facility hasnt been cleaned in a while and a insect plague has lived for 4 waves, Oberon spawns in, units cannot directly attempt fighting Oberon if he shields himself behind the insect plague.
    Some of the insects may turn invisible which can only be seen with “special glasses”
    If you attack Oberon before fully terminating the plague, the insects will copy one unit ability they’ve seen attack and engage against the units going for Oberon (once again cloaking himself)
    Oberon can randomly afflict units with “memory manipulation” making them attack each other once (10 seconds cooldown)

    If the facility is purified while under a plague, will enter the facility when the shop vendor leaves.
    The Pale King has a 30% dodge chance and summons 3 “vessels”, these deal 1k every 3 seconds. Vessels have 40K hp each, when they die goes on cooldown for 10 seconds and spawns other 3
    When dodging The Pale King has a chance to teleport to another floor
    When not attacked in a wave, gains regeneration.

    Skills like Morning Star and Megidolaon are key to breaking through her defenses.

Psychological Warfare
Nyx Avatar’s dialogue and presence are designed to wear you down emotionally. She speaks in cryptic, fatalistic tones, reinforcing the idea that The Fall is inevitable. Even her music (“Battle for Everyone’s Souls”) is a distorted remix of the Velvet Room theme, symbolizing the collapse of reality.

    There’s a bonfire in one of the chambers, it’ll lit. if you dont turn it off the temperature of the facility will increase. if it gets too high, the Lord of Cinder will blind your sight of the entire facility for 10 seconds with smoke and after 2 seconds you can see to see him breach the chamber
    Gwyn deals burn damage and does 10k dmg every 5 seconds, he’s immune to debuffs and bleed, and receives 50% less damage from shock element units

if you open the door then, the lights of the facility will go off and your units be given flashlights. 12 notes are scattered around the facility, find them without being caught by Slenderman to win.
(he will deal 20k hp to units by catching them, then teleport away, looking at him for more than 2 seconds also work)
if you win you gain "protection note" allows a unit to be temporaly ignored by curse element anomalies

    If you close the door, it’ll explode dealing 10k damage to the unit in the door (the door will be broken and must be fixed, however Kira will enter with their stand hostile)
    If by other hand you let him enter, they’ll wander around the facility calmly, almost harmlessly, however they may take a liking in female units (or to make it less creepy just any unit with a chance of 10%)
    If they take a liking to a unit they’ll try to approach it overly to take their arm as supply, and leave the facility. (unless they are faced or he doesn't take a liking on anybody in the facility)

  • Thor (GoW) SparkElement
    Can appear before the shop vendor, there will be lighting and you can see a cloaked figure, he asks if he can pass, he has something to drink.
    If you open he’ll put his arm across the shoulder of the strongest unit, followed by a crow and carry him to the dinning room, you can bring another unit for him and he serves a drink for the three.
    After a silence he asks if you are planning to stay by their area, if you answer “It’s only temporary” Thor will say “hope that’s true” and leaves.
    If you say “we just moved to this area/we stay.” He’ll laugh and the crow will disappear, and he’ll call Mjolnir to attack
    He’ll deal shock damage for 30% of his damage and will do 4k damage per attack
    He can throw mjolnir pushing a unit away for 5k damage
    He can call upon lighting that can shatter the ceiling, if they hit a unit they’ll do 4k area damage
    He can grab a unit and slamdown them against the floor with mjolnir 8k damage
    If you close the door on him, he’ll break the door and engage in battle instantly
    If you beat him you gain “Mjolnir” collectible, this collectible lets spark element units deal shock damage and stun, and gives them a 20% speed boost

    Cyn can turn off the lights of half a hallway, only thing you can see in that darkness is her eyes
    Cyn in combat has some abilities
    Throwing 3 null orbs (deals 5k damage damage)
    Throwing one null orb that in contact with a unit becomes big hitting units near it (first hit 5k damage second hit 3k)
    Hold an unit and bite them healing 3k damage for each sip (can be stopped by stunning her)
    She can call upon solver collectible units to make them attack their allies, depending the waves passed they may resist or not (units with solver NEED to have been wearing that collectible for more than 5 waves to be able to resist it)
    If you beat her you get a collectible “Solver’s Host”, you can grab it or contain it. If you grab it you have a -1% chance to have a unit be the solver host (unless you had that unit with solver on which it’s a 40%) if you fail, the unit will explode dealing 20K damage to nearby units and dying

If a facility is set in chaos, a player could run to someone else's base and knock on their door for them to open, giving up their facility, however, the anomalies in the other facility now would be set free, making it harder for the rest of the players (or this could be as tournaments, a single player gamemode)

    She as classic vampire folklore, will ask for permission to pass, if you allow her, she’ll enter the facility calmly and then lock the front door’s room from anybody entering with thorns, and start a battle
    She causes one bleed stack every attack she makes, she may create thorns that rise from the ground, and she can mirror 3% of the damage received with a 15% rate
    If defeated she drops “Bleeding Rose”, which allows the unit wearing it to restrain a enemy and herself with thorns and have her steal HP from the enemy by 25% of their damage every 3 seconds (lasts 30 seconds)

    May appear before the shop vendor, will show the death note and offer it to you, if you accept, the unit answering the door will instantly equip it. This unit wont be able to be revived if they die, and if they use the death note, it’ll consume 50% of their total HP to use it (when using you must write the anomaly name there and it’ll die unless they are cloaked or they have more than 5M hp HP
    If you decline, you may risk Ryuk handing the Death Note to an anomaly instead, making that anomaly one-shot the first unit they attack (when they breach, or if they already breached)

    May appear if a unit is revived, with a 15% chance to happen, the revived unit will have lost their collectibles, and the “Sombra” will have them, the Sombra will basically be the unit as a shadow version of them, same loadout same moves.

    If they killed an unit, create another “Sombra” for that unit, even if they were not revived. (so be very careful when deciding to revive your units, if that unit is the strongest you have by far, a Sombra may be the last thing you wish to encounter)

    Anomalies will no longer be able to spawn in that chamber, however having Alastor inside the facility may cause an “extermination cycle”.
    For further help Alastor will offer you a deal, he’ll call Nifty to take care of the plagues, and he’ll help you take down breaching anomalies with minor aids, but you must offer 3 units souls for that.
    If you disagree he may breach an anomaly and become hostile.
    If you agree, he will do as he promised, but units from time to time must do what he orders them to, and as they belong to him now, you cannot say otherwise. He may force them to be in the bar and not be able to leave until he says so, stop them from doing tasks and so on.
    If you trigger a fight with him, he’ll cause 20 sanity loss every 15 seconds, and summon minor demons to attack or attack with tentacles (these deal 10k damage and reduce resistance by 10%)
    If you beat him you’ll gain his “radio staff” allows you to summon his “minor demons” to damage anomalies and reduce their resistances

    It has 13M HP and cannot be suppressed, the only way to do so is if the units own the “Grand Sleeping Spell” collectible, which would be used to sleep this creature, to then be contained inside a chamber. But be careful, causing fights outside of an sleeping Tarrasque’s chamber may wake him up

If someone wearing this collectible loses their sanity, they’ll mutate and become hostile turning into a bear (The bear has x1.5 the unit’s damage and x2 their health)

    When he attacks he may try a minor penance stare taking 40 sanity off a unit, or he can bound a unit with chains, making them unable to attack and making them lose 2k hp per second
    Finally he can grab a unit and throw hellfire from his mouth dealing 40k damage (he can use this twice only)

    Dio deals bleed damage and has a 50% crit rate, he can throw knifes, barrage, or stop time and do the latter for 5 seconds. He can also teleport, and do the road roller da. He can also drain HP off units

    He will spawn inside a random chamber, and will randomly breach, he’ll roam around the facility for the whole match, but he cannot be damaged by targetted attacks. So u shouldnt either attack an enemy if he’s near Wonder of U, as that may cause calamity. Doors closing on you, the floor breaking falling into another floor, a meteorite breaking the ceiling and falling into an unit, your surroundings are deadly if you try to pursue him.

    Appears before the shop vendor if a unit wears “pochita” collectible. They’ll try to offer you a deal, that unit must work under her and she’ll allow you to do a contract with a devil, if you do, the unit works under her and she will take it with her.
    If you deny, she’ll turn hostile.
    There will be 8 hostages in the facility, Makima while fighting you will try to reach them, if she does she blows them up and makes one unit receive 25k damage
    She can also summon kon and has regeneration
    If you decide to kill the hostages so she cant, the units who did will be marked as sinners, this will have them targetted by certain anomalies or increase the chance for them to appear. Note if she dies before the 8 hostages, she'll take their place and revive.
    The unit wearing pochita receives 20% less damage from her and must be the one to kill her to perma kill her, or she’ll return.

  • Kaiju no. 8 (Kaiju no 8) SparkElement
    Appears on a chamber if you hear a roar which has a 15% chance to happen
    If you hear it, he’ll be in one chamber.

    Daki receives extra damage from fire element units and has a 30% dodge chance
    They must die at the same time to perma die, they will re-attach each other’s head and fully heal if they arent stopped.
    When they die, Gyutaro explodes in a giant blood explosion, you got 5 seconds to move your units away of the zone to not receive 50k damage

    May randomly appear in a chamber, to keep him contained you must cook him 3 meals every 4 waves, and hand him them on his chamber to keep him at ease.
    If he entered the facility in the first 7 waves, at wave 15 evil boo will enter the facility from the other side, you must stop them from merging by killing evil boo to avoid a complete breach.
    First breach happens if he isnt fed (difficulty medium)
    Second breach is if evil boo enters Boo’s chamber (high diff)
    First Breach: Majin Boo enters a playful mode, attacks are single target, if boo attacks a same unit 10 times turns them into chocolate and then approaches to eat them. A unit can grab the chocolate piece and run away, which in 3 waves the unit will turn back to normal.
    Second Breach: Majin Boo will consume a unit if the unit is left with 15% HP, and will gain their first passive for themselves. They will become stronger the more they eat, so seal away the kitchen.

    Deals bleed and every 3 bleed stacks will reduce the damage receives for the next 3 seconds by 60%

Husk will give drinks for a few coins, these will heal 5 sanity for each drink, but drink 5 and your unit will be dizzy for 2 waves.
Alastor will also do "strenght checks" every 5 waves watching their handclock, if a unit has more HP than them, they'll gain 50% more strenght
After gaining more strenght unless killed in the Next 10 attacks he'll leave.

Bronze the Tarrasque only has partial regeneration protection. Rupture will reduce greatly how much he heals but wont stop him from healing.
Also beating his HP does not mean he dies, only goes to sleep. The last hit should never be a critical hit, or he'll have 2M more health the Next time and take longer to stun him.
There is another alternative than the "Grand Sleeping spell" to beat him temporaly, you must apply "Freeze" 15 times to him for that.
