any idea on what she'll do?
Doing a mimick unit is complicated, but for that more than mimicking a unit he could instead mimick the enemy's his fighting.
Example, a enemy uses an attack that stuns, well now Adam knows doing that aswell.
The enemy knows debuffing? Well now Adam debuffs aswell (like reducing the enemy's total HP for a set duration)
But my take may be more complicated
She would fit to be the kind of cleanse status, like debuffs, if anything, or something related to the Apple analogy
Idk. She will buff the unit ig
well, i can see where you are going with his mimicking stuff but i think the enemies mechanic to units are vastly different it'll be a bit boring and making him mostly situational
Btw, I imagine this being a wordline unit

Her passive Could be "forbiden bite" the unit for whom this familiar is related cannot be forsakened (making It so the unit is not affected by things like infinite tsukuyomi or others, and at the same time mimicking the story where they were forsakened of the holy land for taking a bite of the Apple)
Anti-debuff? but wouldnt that be a bit too broken?

There are units like skull Knight Who become stronger at response of debuffs, if anything they could make the unit inmune to the first kind of debuff they receive
if there were to be an adam familiar, his volund valkyrie should fit the bill imo
The thing is many units are situational
You wouldnt use skull Knight out of lands of the god's for example
of course but by this point, it would make him too broken considering with his godeye skill and his overall passive making him essentially futureproof
but i do like the idea
its just that with my perspective of the unit, it would be overkill to add a debuff kind of passive
or familiar in this case
Thats why I said familiar, it's complementary but not attached to the unit
There are strong familiars like Bird afterall

i can see that but the problem being is that the familiar is too specific in it's usage. like you previously said, it would work in infinite tsukuyomi but outside of that, there's no use to it

There is nothing wrong to have familiars be a one way use
with chili you can actually use her without being bound to like a very situational thing
but aside all of this, i can see the concept it's just that i dont see how it would be executed succesfully since it is complex

Maybe It culd be done to reduce the totality of a debuff like making a -10% strenght become a -5%

or just effects in general since that would help alot on stun centered units
like kenpachi or
And maybe have some extra Kick to it, like increasing SPA for each debuff received (like 5% with a 20% Max stack)
As familiars often have two passives
I beleive if the familiar deals with debuffs It should then Focus on that part, if they can do debuffs and effects that's kinda broken
yeah but for the majority of it, the first passive is the only one that actually does something. the 2nd passive is usually extra element damage than anything
Thats why I beleive to do It right the second passive Could be dependant of the first

Like when you receive 10% damage debuff, you receive a 5% instead and a 2.5% spa reduction

for now, it's a bit of confusing topic to talk about considering that stage debuffs are vastly different from enemy effects
It Could be done like a conversion or making a whole new concept to counter debuffs, Will have to see

Actually if we take the "apple" example as before, maybe It doesnt have to only apply to infinite tsukuyomi, but also Badibi's Magic or even Gilgamesh enuma ellish. If they make a concept for "forsakened units"

they'd have to make a whole system for it then
