-time remnant is not visible in any way whatsoever to the player, but it is very much there. it has x% of the enemies max HP, and any damage dealt to this time remnant is dealt to the original enemy once it dies
-once the time remnant dies, the enemies originally afflicted with the effect will suddenly warp back to the location of the time remnant, AKA the location they were first afflicted with the effect.
might be a little bit busted but i feel like this could be adapted into something great
its a status effect befitting of both homura as a character and a vanguard unit
maybe it could be applied when homura performs a counter through some condition..?

Notes:
- For filling the gauge, i personally think that it should be filled based on how bad the debuff was. So if Madoka cleansed a 70% atk debuff then the gauge will be filled by mabye 35%?. Otherwise it would just be a slog to fill her gauge since she can only cleanse every 5 seconds? and using homura would only make it even harder to manage.
- The first passive of homura should be a different buff, mabye related to her sentry? mabye her how frequently she can apply timebound etc, feels pretty alienated from the rest of her kit.
- The second passive of homura, instead of it being every x attacks mabye make it similar to a counter? since from madoka from what i read is a counter to all effects in the game, perhaps something like:
(insert sentry here) can be spawned in whenever x% of gauge is consumed. Counter if an effect is applied to any units in range, this counter will apply timebound onto enemies and allies, (insert timebound explanation here) if applied onto ally units will take the % of all effects and add it onto timebound (EX: If there was a 70% attack debuff and 10% spa debuff combine into a 80% timebound). This counter can also be activated by selling a sentry.
This way it can tie in neatly with passive 1's gauge mechanic and have internal synergy with Madoka assuming you consider my first point. +more control for timebound
- For homura's swap in i believe it should be different then just buff units by %, i can't really add anything here since i don't really know what Homura does beside stop time and shoot guns
Ultmate Maruka Notes:
- Would like for the sub domain to have a more unique property besides just making allies immune to effects and whatnot
- (add a hard cap for fate through infinity)
- For dance in salvation, i don';t think you need me to tell you the big balancing concern LOL
Besides these notes, Madoka is good but needs work, Homura is good needs slight adjustments and Ultimate Madoka is cool in concept but needs limiters
