Make the vanguard of the portal give 50% buff

like fubuki had a skin that made her 50% buff, because its really annoying having to bring like 4 event units and 2 actually useful units, for example if escanor gave us 50% that means we would only need to bring 3 event units, and then portals would be easier

Considering we need 3m to hit vanguard pity.. making portals easy just feels like the best option
