Idk why this happens but as a mobile player it occurs a lot. The main trigger is probably opening your settings on mobile since it cause your screen behind the settings UI to be blurry when you do that. It usually doesn’t revert back, but I’ve noticed on rare occasions it’s fixed by Kaguya’s domain vfx (I haven’t tried other domains to fix it).
