i feel like the biggest issue though is, like you sort of mentioned, is that units who can get double evolutions, shouldnt get them, over units who really cant get double evos

great example of this is Cha Hae In (bias i know), she doesnt really get a new form ever, and the only real powerboost she gets is through training & late late late manwha where she gets a massive one
