slot 1 (the dmg buff 1):
+650-700%% dmg (means monarch is at like 400k dmg 4.8s spa(could change the % i dont have monarch so i based it off like 50k dmg) and + 15% crit chance for unbound units
slot 2:
+10% crit dmg (max 100%,) for every enemy in range who has bleed and 5% crit dmg (max 25%) to units in range
slot 3:
once allucard has applied 10seconds of bleed to a enemy the enemy will be inflicted with hemmorage ( will do 25% of his dmg/s and apply a 40% slow (doesnt stack)) effect lasts for the entirety of the time that there in alucards range (bleed can still be applied on enemys afflicted with hemmorage)
(idk if alucards ability summons are based off dmg if not add smth for it ig)
