Blurry

Whenever my camera is a certain distance from my character everything is ok, but once it gets close the character becomes blurry.
As you can see in the video.

Ik the video quality is kinda bad

If you focus on a certain part like hair or clothing you will see a slight difference ( the difference is bigger tho just the video quality isnt good enough.)

it seems to only be blurry in the normal map, I noticed when it switches to the fire one its fine

I think to make the game look cleaner. You can disable it iirc in settings under Graphics and Disable Depth Of Field
