There is 100% a bug that allows you to quest skip through Broly's questline. I don't know how I managed to do this, but the only quests I had to do were Sacrifice 30 Mythic+, collect 7 dragon balls 10 times, and save Brolzi 1 time from the volcano. I heard there were 6-ish quests to complete for reference.

Yes, I did complete that

Im not 100% certain, but I most definitely didn't recall seeing it

It felt like the VSJW questline where it had randomly skipped quests

I can say for certain that #4 never appeared for me, so I don't know if the progress had transferred or not

With #2, the only explanation I could think of is that it tracked completions even before I completed #1

Because I also never saw complete it 10 times

Yeah I never had anything evo'd, but I completed the dungeon a good amount of times to get the evo items

and then I jus got the sacrifice quest after the evo one

is broly's buff meant to randomly disappear?

It disappears after 16-17 waves

#

It maxes out at 100% crit rate and 2.15x crit damage, and then the next wave the buff disappears
