Cuz monarch is the absolute king trait it does it all (being extremely cost effective and also being a damage buff) and the other traits with the acception of deadeye are like small ants compared to it even though for example ethereal being 0.075 less rare than monarch is worse than deadeye. Tiny “passives” will hopefully rejuvenate use of these traits in both units that are better with monarch and supports and stuff, this post isn’t saying to nerf monarch btw
