Foo familiar not working

I'm in inf modes and realized the dmg buff aint right, my ywach buffs 15% dmg on base and paired with a 9.9% foo should buff 24.9%, but only buffing 15%.
As you can see from the photo, a maxed out vsjw should be having 2.1x dmg and with 25% buff 2.35x
Cid should be having 1.4x base with 25% buff 1.65x

Tbh, this is NOT SEVERE bug but ye, I think dev set this familiar to only work on support and forgot Yhwach

im pretty sure foo just doesnt round up 9.9 to 10%

so its most likely still buffing
