expensive to max, purely dps unit no support (only support is slow when not attacking which has a 10 percent chance to proc.) buff he gives himself is only tied to teleportation which btw you wont be using as much as you think. he can be stunned and teleporting doesnt clear it. hes was worse compared to vsjw but then kaguya released and it was like wow. he needs monarch. those 2 feel good to use without it

most people arent weak enough to use this "infinite range" and if they were to chase the boss its possible it has some gimmick nukers like kaguya and the rest are able to deal with.

he has his perks tho. nice range and decent aoe and decent damage does are positives

but its clear with newer vangaurds this dude feels like something from a bygone era

When vanguards first released (Diavolo), devs said "Vanguards are just extremely rare units for collection purpose, won't be necessary for meta or stuffs" so I don't see any problem

Plus reworking on a "limited unit" doesn't make senses
