3h for a normal rift, 8 rifts a day, assuming the average w/o mvp is around 40 shards, thats 320 shards a day. not even enough for one vowstone. decreasing the cd would resolve 2 issues, shiny hunters like myself can grind for the shiny units about 33% - 66% faster, and players who want to claim all off the rewards from the shop (not including familiars,vowstones) and make it actually worth to grind rifts
