Sundry summer/lions arrival events not updating

Just evolved my shiny weather and it didn’t count towards any of the evolution quests in those events (I got the weather from the shiny box btw so maybe that’s why)

No its not just that, even a regular weather report wont give the event

all the other four worked but I just evod leo and didnt complete the quest
