In the ss below pyseph displayed their concern with making any sort of change to the trait system, where I would like to suggest that you address the community directly and ask them if they want the trait system to be changed

I believe that a small amount of the community want monarch to be changed, however as for the other traits such as ethereal it's been demonstrated alot of people want these traits either buffed/removed as they are not exciting or interesting in practice. And this is shown through the large meta off suggestions/asks from people

In general, I just want the creativity from the current dev team to show again in the current underwhelming rainbow traits, which look exactly like passives the old Devs would make, create the opportunity to show them some love 🙏🙏

The issue with this and with trait changes in general and why they will never happen, is not everyone is on discord. Players have spent TONS of real money and time to grind out monarchs and its easily seen as a total betrayal of player trust to adjust monarch into a state to where it isn't so unhealthy. The unfortunate only real solution here is units that are simply good without it, with cost efficiency baked into their kits. Like eren, slime, ragna, etc.

No, the mutators make tournament hella fun as they are so restrictive and take playing around. But I will definitely stop adding them to story modes. Was initially doing that to simply provide varience and challenge for the infinite players but the overall community is not a fan of the difficulty spike caused by such a thing bc rather than solving a puzzle they just pick into convenience.
