What I mean by this is for example:
When Saber Alter released, many said she had one, if not the best model in the whole game
So why not let us buy the armor, hair and face as UGC items?
Of course doing this with every unit would be really stupid and probably expensive too, but for units like Salter, Gilgamesh, Jinwoo etc you could release their models as UGCs
It would also boost the income because I do think that many people would buy stuff with this much quality. (and mainly because I want an Salter avatar but the items on the Marketplace are shit

these big Animes wont care about it being in the marketplace of its inside of AV
the first thing they would do is to take AV down, not to take the UGCs down
