My ideas so far:

• augments/skill tree. My idea is probably a bit more abstract for a skill tree but the intention is the same

• Trait “Resonance”, each stage now has 2 extra variables, one were a element is buffed and the other were a trait is buffed

• limiting the amount of monarchs you can have on a team to 1-2 but idk about this one

Idk ive been brainstorming for the past hour and can’t seem to come up with anything good

Maybe you could merge unit ascension into bond level so that ascension could extend to units with rarities above mythical?

You gain bond level naturally through using your units (could even gain bonuses if you’re bringing other units specifically to buff or synergize with your unit), but if you wish you can consume dupes of the same unit you wish to increase bond level with to gain a full level

As a fun little bonus, maybe they could include cutscenes which you could view upon reaching bond level milestones where ur unit talks to you, like those cutscenes you get in the DB FighterZ story mode if you use a particular character a lot
