Secret units called Secret because they're supposed to be secret, hard to get. Especially you're illogical due to how game operates. "If you need Lucy - get someone who has it". I, personally, feel like sh*t if i'm incapable of doing anything on my own and have to accept any sort of help, even from friends. And hey, if that were the only issue with your logic, i'd eat it up. But... Can you really say "Exclusiveness" of units is all that good?

1. Shigure, being buffer that buffs kind of regardless of all conditions, is just too good. And even if they are to add new buffer that is better than her, what stops people to bring 2 buffers at once?
2. Hey, let me say it straight... Game balance is bad. Lucy's main point is Nullify. Effect that only 3 units have. Medea? 30s is good, yeah, but it's GCD Skill. Merlin? One-use 💀 So, we have a unit that applies it in Full AOE on attack, a unit with 50% up/downtime, and a unit with one-use nullify
3. We had 37 exclusive units, 25 secret units and 35 Mythic units until this update. Don't you think we already have oversaturation with so called "Exclusive" units?
4. This one is personally from me. But, the rule of "Exclusive units cannot be ascended" aged so much too. It makes sense for Secret and Vanguard (which literally made secret units feel cheap atp, with Vanguards obtainment chances and VSJW quest). But, now that all events are filled with Exclusive units that are easy to get and mostly average, we can't even ascend them. Yeah, they are so Exclusive and Limited, especially when you have to sell few dozens of Rudeus while trying to get Kaguya

Like, exclusive units lost all it's charm. It's no more proof of you attending game during events. Events last for a long long time, units from events just average, their evolution require you to do portals (balanced poorly due to taking scaling of map they use) with bad rates for just 1 evo item

And all of that is just me rumbling on about how badly this game gives out rarities ^^^ cuz, if you didn't read properly, all they did offer - BP units. Like, hey, sure Exclusive units lose all value if you'll get like 30% of them! (it totally won't raise "value" of other exclusive units, for sure!)
