Actually, unless i'm mistaken, she can pretty much do all sorts of time manip. Just probably not globally and maybe with few exceptions. Don't remember much outside of it. But more than sure if someone were to google it, it's gonna be quite a long list (cuz man, Touhou has Utsuho who is Crow? who is basically walking Nuclear Reactor)
