this happens mainly because of bleed
you said you used Alucard, Alucard bleeds, every tick of Bleed increases their walk speed, and yes, they start sprinting like that, I remember God Statue literally hovering over the road since it doesn't have a "running animation" and just zooming through the map
in case you are not able to defeat inf tsu because of this, I recomend you using a unit like Lancer, which deals a lot of damage to single units and he doesn't do alot of hits on his last attack
